Dan and the Brute team are top notch professionals. Diagnosed the issue, created a plan, facilitated permit procurement, and executed the job within less than 2 weeks. Broken section of sewage line underneath city roadway which was a ticking time bomb. Dan identified and explained the issue at length and entertained all of my questions, relevant and irrational. The A team completed the work with attention to detail, communicarion at every step of the way, and ensured that they returned the roadway back to as close to original state as possible. Unfortunate to have to work with Brute under the circumstances, but extremely fortunate to have found them for this job. Highly recommend for any water or sewage needs.

There is nothing elegant or sexy about sewer lines but here you are because you are now faced with the cold hard facts that they are essential. If you are like me, this is the kind of problem that you don’t want the proverbial bandaid applied only to realize that you only kicked the can down the road. I wasn’t in such a bind that I couldn’t research my options but I quickly met with several “experts” in this space and quickly found out that few are just that. I almost compromised but I reached out to the folks at Brute Contracting and was pleasantly surprised by a couple of things: Daniel, the face of this company, not only listens but is disturbingly responsive for, after a thoughtful conversation, was at my house the same day to evaluate my problem. He did so not only for my own peace of mind but his own: in a very methodical and transparent way, he assessed what was going on and suggested a thoughtful solution. The bonus? This could have been tremendously costly. Let’s not kid ourselves, it is. But Daniel and Brute are proud of their reputation and I learned from others who have intel that they quoted me a fair price for the job. Impressed? I am but what about the quality of the actual work? Yeah, that was top shelf also. A crew of 5 competent (and polite) gentlemen arrived, all in hard hats (think safety), and like Daniel, systematically got busy. The job was fairly straightforward: replace a sewer line from my home to nearly the street. But I saw that it had its complications which they navigated beautifully. There was the tree in the middle of the yard, and the gas line, and a sewer line that went under my driveway. There would be digging (9ft down, 2 ft wide) but these guys did so with precision. I asked a lot of questions during the process and everyone helped me to understand how they approach things, from the positioning of the cleanouts to how they insure proper grade is maintained for a reliable new sewer line. This was not their first Rodeo. Here’s the asterisk: they clean up nicely. They left my yard as clean as one could ever hope for and I walked away thinking these guys take pride in their work but also genuinely care for their customers’ properties. What’s my point? You found not only the right provider with expertise in this area but one who has equity in the loyal customers they make along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend Brute Contracting.

Hands down the best decision I’ve ever made! Brute was spot on with their pricing. They prioritized starting the job in a timely manner and their work was flawless. They have mastered the art of replacing service lines while keeping the property looking almost exactly the way it did before. I was told that my garden would have to be ripped up by another contractor and Brute was able to go underneath it! Truly was a pleasure to watch them work. I would use them again in a heart beat!

Brute contracting took care of all the paperwork and the coordination with the township to get the permit. Crew showed up on time and were professional. They completed the job perfectly in the most efficient manner, ensured permit was obtained. These guys know what they are doing and I wish all contractors are this way.
We’ve had a really good experience with Brute. We found them randomly on Google and the reviews were amazing so we thought to give them a call and we’re so glad we did. The staff was professional, the job was done quickly with minimum interference. Daniel was super responsive and their price beat the competitors. We did an underground pipe replacement.
The lead water service line, located in my basement, had to be replaced. Prior to the onset of this project, the project manager, Dan came to the house and assessed the lead pipe and its surrounding area. He then explained the removal/replacement process, the timeframe as to how long it would take and answered all questions. He was very thorough.
In addition, the workers were effective and completed the task within the time frame discussed.

Highly Recommend!!! I called Brute for a second opinion after being told I needed to replace my sewer line. Daniel responded to my inquiry immediately and was at my house right after I got home from work. A true professional in EVERY sense of the word. He felt that there was a far less expensive solution to my problem and explained everything he was seeing in detail. He contacted a different company and explained my situation to them. Daniel didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need and he went out of his way to make sure my problem was taken care of. Honestly and integrity have become a rare commodity these days. I was given a false diagnosis by a company who claimed that my main sewer line was broken. Brute was amazing to work with. Not only did they arrive on time to assess the home, they were very fast in their turn around time to complete the job (replacement of main water line). Unfortunately— being an older home, the job took almost 3x the amount of hours and work. However, the workers were persistent and patient, ensuring it all got done. We were thoroughly impressed with everyone we were in contact with.

Imagine learning that your sewer line was backing up into your basement while out of the country for a month. This is the exact situation I found myself in. I found Brute Contracting via Google and after researching them a bit, contacted them for help. Dan and his team were super responsive and accommodating to my situation being out of the country. Totally will recommend Brute Contracting! I had a sewer back up and I called Brute on a Sunday, a little frantic. Dan called me back in a short amount of time and told me exactly what I needed to do and who I needed to call first. He helped me find someone who could come out and clear the line. After the sewer backed up a second time we decided to install a sewer clean out. Dan had his guys here in a day and within a couple of hours installed the clean out. His team was fast and efficient and he was reasonably priced! More than anything Dan is a stand up guy who never made me feel like he was just trying to make a dollar off me. He took the time to explain my issue and how we can resolve it without immediately suggesting ripping up my yard to replace my sewer line. Thanks Dan for your professionalism.
